Chimera’s Small Standard Lantern and Boom Kit is a perfect on-the-go solution for beautiful, omnidirectional light. Included are Chimera’s Mogul Socket Speed Ring (#9830), Small Standard Lantern (#1880), 500W bulb, Combi-Boom Stand, and travel duffle.
The Small Standard Lantern is designed as a durable replacement for paper’China Ball’ lanterns. Constructed out of Chimera’s high-heat materials, the Small Standard Lantern features a 20 inch / 51 cm diameter and delivers a diffuse, omnidirectional light. The removable skirt allows you to control light by shielding either one or two sides of the lantern.
The included Combi-Boom is a folding stand, with a unique boom design that collapses into collapses into the center shaft for travel. Adjustable from 3.5 to 9 feet, this stand is perfect for placing the Mogul Socket and Standard Lantern up and over the subject, to help provide a soft omnidirectional source. A durable ballistic nylon duffel is included to package everything for transport.
