Airtube Switch 60/2ft - Essential Kit

The Airtube Switch is an inflatable, cylindrical softbox that allows you to increase the light area of your LED tubes and LED mats quickly and easily. Perfect for creating long uninterrupted reflections and soft light for film and photo shoots.

If the side cover is removed, LED Fresnel luminaires with up to 300 watts can also be used. The harness, which is available as an accessory, enables easy and flexible mounting on different lamp heads.

The two-layer construction, consisting of a transparent cylinder and a textile cover, retains the air for weeks, gives the system robustness and enables very simple and cost-effective maintenance.

What's more, you can use a wide variety of light sources. Basically, anything that fits between the cylinder and the cover will work as long it does not exceed a surface temperature of 80 degrees. Tubes can be arranged in parallel (up to two) or lengthwise.

The included skirt and spill light cover can be attached using Velcro, as can the eggcrate, which is available separately.

We only use high-quality and proven materials, such as the Magic Cloth®, Lite/Quarter Grid Cloth and Ultrabounce® fabrics. 

In order to keep our ecological footprint as small as possible, we produce in our own factory near Bonn and work mostly with companies based in Germany. Even the plastic granulate for our cylinders comes from Germany and is processed here. Finally, all components can be purchased individually in case of loss or damage, and we keep them in stock for years.
