Pull the Kino mount off the back and the bottom sits dead flat. It stays put- on the stage, on an apple box, on the floor of the truck. No chasing it down, no wedging it against a sandbag so it doesn’t wander off.
Bring your own light. Independent frame. The fixture mounts in, it isn’t the structure. Brick lights, bulbs, tube lights. Daylight or tungsten, battery or wired.
One frame, any light. Four corner receivers take Chimera arc poles into a clean half dome, wrapped in Chimera Cloth or the diffusion of your choice.
Rig it your way. Kino plate drops you onto a stand or clamp. Add a 5/8″ pin for grip heads, or pull the mount and set it flat on any surface.
Run longer, lose the cable. Room inside for your battery. Power battery driven fixtures from within the dome and stretch run time. Self-contained and ready to move.
